Contract Customers
Taxi Users
Our contract customers have access to an ordering system that we have maintained and developed since 2011. The latest update to the system was be made in late 2025. In connection with the update, we will introduce our own ordering application, which users can download to their Android or iOS device. Easy and fast!
Through the upcoming application, taxi users can:
- Create, edit, cancel or delete taxi orders
- View their own order history
- Edit their own contact information
- Give feedback on transportation
- The application can be used in Finnish and English.
In addition to the application, passengers already have access to a WEB portal with the same features.
Customer Companies
Customer companies have their own WEB portal, through which the company’s designated main users can manage customer-related information. Through the WEB portal, main users have, among other things, the opportunity to view and edit information related to users and orders, and access various reports.
